New to chip burning and need some guidance

I have been reading the stickies and having a hard time finding a couple answers to my questions. It looks like a lot of the links are broken due to being older. I am trying to make a chip for a 94 Chevy K1500 350 5.7 TBI, 4L60E. I ordered the following hardware to use -
G1 Memory Adapter, a few 27SF512 Chip, Burn2 chip programmer, and I also got a ALDU1 combo so I can data-log.

So my question is - I found a few definitions to use with Tunerpro on moates.net and other sites, and I want to make sure I get one that will work with my .bin (ECU code BJLH). Can anyone help me with this? I downloaded the stock .bin from moates.net (bjlh.bin). But when I open it with TunerProRT I can not see anything because of the definition file is needed. Also, I noticed the chips had different sizes - anywhere from 8bit, 16bit, and 32bit. Whats the deal with them being different sizes? I am guessing the 32bit can hold more then the 8bit.

I think once I get the definition file figured out I will be able to figure out the rest. Is anyone able to explain how these definition files are made ?

Your chip is actually a 64k. And yes, the smaller bins have less calibration data. Your bin is 64k because there is a ton of 4L60E parameters on it, along with the fuel injection stuff. The $0D definition is very thorough, so it will be mostly self-explanatory when you load it.

Hey Woody - thanks for those files . and it was very self explanatory when I got everything loaded.

Now I just used Tunerpro to do some datalogging to see what was going on at idle, my idles seems to drop every 12seconds or so. I have attached the log, anyone able to offer some guidance as to the issue? It has a recent tune-up, and I checked base timing last week, all was good. It has been doing this since I started driving it daily, so for about a month or so.
