vortec 383 TPI spark advance tables?

vortec 383 TPI spark advance tables?
Does anyone have a spark advance table I can reference? I'm trying to finish my spark knock issues, and I think I have too much SA; 8 base plus up to 34* which I bet is my spark knock problem. This only happens under light load while driving over 110 deg F though it runs pretty good cold. I've heard vortec heads don't require much SA so I'm kind of curious to know.

Recall that the base timing is subtracted out within the ECM. So it doesn't affect the end result. IOW: it isn't added to what is in the SA table.
