Tunerpro RT not steaming data from Autoprom
I just had the chance to try my new Autoprom on my 062 PCM. I've got the left switch set for 10K and right switch to Autoprom. Tunerpro RT is loaded with $4E files and data aquisition is set for Autoprom and easily recognizes the unit and connects ready for data capture.
The problem is that the data isn't coming in. It just stays stuck at 5100 RPM, 4V on the tps, and so on. The connection hovers around 5 Hz and shows no errors. I've tried checking the connections on everything and it all looks right. The odd thing is sometimes when I key off, the data will change for a moment to the correct information, IE .70V on the TPS, 101 on Baro.
I also hooked up a 747 and loaded $42 stuff and had the same results. Both PCM's are good. The computer is a Dell and is a few years old. Windows XP.
I've been struggling with this for hours and would appreciate any help I could get. Thanks.

Re: Tunerpro RT not steaming data from Autoprom
I would continue to try the different switch settings in the back of the Autoprom./ if memory serves me correct, there are two back there. I had to fiddle around with the switches a couple of time before I finally got the correct result.

Thanks, but I found the problem. The ground pin in the ALDL was getting voltage when the ignition was on, but still grounding when off. That just took a lot poking around to find.
