instruction manual

Does anyone sell an actual manual or something for tuner pro? I'm using tuner pro with an ebl flash and it would be nice to have a manual on hand to provide a definition of each individual table, scaler, or flag. What each item does, how to read the tables, and what adjusting each item will do. It seams as though the makers assume that you already know everything and what to do. The support that comes with the ebl is nothing but awsome! But I wish I didn't have to ask someone for help for every adjustment that is needed. If I could get a jumpstart on knowing what I was doing, things would go a lot smoother I think.

There are two separate answers to your question. 1) how to user Tuner Pro. 2) what are the calibration parameters.

The best I/we can do for question #1 is to see our Intro to Tuning Part 1 article on our web site. There is also the built in Help within Tuner Pro.

For question #2, see the Calibration Help document that is/was installed on your laptop via the EBL Flash CD. It is in the EBL Flash Program Group.

For general information on how things fit together, see the Tuning Guide Book sticky here on TGO (up/up/up). Chapter 5, 8063/7747/8746 ECM has several good articles on how GM put this stuff together.

Re: instruction manual

I'll check out the sticky, I've read and printed out the intro to tuning, and the help section, its probably near impossible to have a complete if this happens, do this type of thing, there's just too many variables.
