Differences between 6spd and Auto tunes for LT1s?

Doing a 6spd swap in my 89 GTA, already have a LT1/4L60E combo in there from a 95' Buick Roadmaster.

My question is whats the real difference between the tunes in a M6 vs A4 tune?

The reason I simply can't load up a factory 6spd f-body tune is because my engine is actually from an impala, so the cam and heads are different.

I know there is a "6 speed" switch in the PCM tune, but is that all there is too it? Just checking the "6 speed" box will cause it to ignore the 4L60E tables?

Sorry if I sound like an idiot, I searched but a 4L60E to T56 change isn't that common of a question in regards to the 94-95 LT1 PCMs. I checked on the CamaroZ28 and Impala SS/Caprice forums but struck out there.

there will be other differences, like VSS settings and IAC settings, probably tweaked main spark tables as well.

There's so many differences in IAC logic alone between Auto and Manual trans I always start with a bin for the trans. Swapping over any VE, spark tables etc... for the engine should be fairly easy with TunerPro open twice and transferring B body LT1 engine data to F - Y body transmission bin.

I've collected a lot of LT1 bins for 1994 - 95 if you need them.

I figured as much, just wasn't sure.

Throttle follower fuel may be in IAC tables.
