What happened to Moates?

I have an issue with my Ostrich not working with my car's ECM. I contacted Moates via email, and he responded with some troubleshooting techniques, and said I could return the unit if I wasnt able to fix it. I sent the unit back to Moates over three weeks ago, and I have sent several emails since, and I have not received one word back since my original email for help. Is there some issue going on I dont know about? I'm a little worried. I have two customers wanting me to tune their cars and I cannot without the Ostrich.
