Datalog and background

I never thought I would be posting in this section!

I have an 89 IROC with a 305TPI. Last weekend, I swapped to a 350TPI. I upgraded knock sensor and injectors and had the chip modified for the injectors and spark tables etc. Since then, the car doesn't feel right at all. Like a spark plug wire is off, or an injector isn't firing. I checked all of the plugs and wires. The injectors are new from sbi.

I did some datalogging in hope that someone could point me in the right direction. I have the moates apu1 and I have the g1 adapter, so I'm ready for anything...almost. I am reading everything I can and realize this will take time to be proficient, but could use direction since time is of the essence here.

Thanks!

I think your biggest problem is TPS? Voltage and percent are doing strange stuff through log.

Also EGR diagnostic test went on and off 100 times, so maybe EGR light is off and EGR is still on?

Spark advance for 41+ degrees advance is places I would not want that much spark?

There's also a MALF occurred bit set. Not sure what that does but did not see error code set. Lots of times this is from turning off error code so light does not come on but system is still operational?

Thanks Mark!

The prom used for this datalog was a stock 305TPI Manual and I updated the FI sizes to 22# (I'm sure there is more I need to change). Attached is the bin. I'm going to check out this TPS thing first.

I think I looked at your log with wrong adx so TPS issue may not exist?

But the bin you posted is corrupt? 15,000 differences from stock APYS, may want to start fresh. Look at your offsets to read stock chip and burn chip for adapter, they are differant.
