Anyone put a wideband on a stock/nearly stock engine?
I've only run widebands on modded stuff. I'm wondering what kind of WOT AFR something like a nearly stock LB9 runs but datapoints from other engines would probably be helpful (i.e. L98/L03). I've always heard the factory tunes them on the rich side, but how rich?
I'm working with a stock s.d. LB9 that just has headers/exhaust. Curious to know if there are gains to be made by leaning it out at WOT a touch.

Stock calibrations will run the WOT AFR into the 10's. This is done to put out the cat-con. There is power to be had by leaning it out into the 12's.

Thanks for the reply Rbob. Makes sense though an AFR in the 10s is richer than I would have expected.
Have you ever had the chance to quantify the gains (from leaning out WOT) on a stock-ish setup?
