14point7 o2 setup or broken?

My o2 in tunerpro is lazy or broken. I replaced with new OEM one and typically in tunerpro see around .468 (Mv I assume) and it clutuates from .3-.5 but never hit .7-.9 range and tehrefore never hits closed loop.

new sensor got little better. moved more but still the same. So I know it is rich and maybe has MAF issue still figure to install a new WB so I can test easier and usally fixed the o2 problemin past since heated.

Installed a 14point7.com spartan lambda sensor with a narowband output.
I used this before on otehr obd1 cars so should work.

5 wires. brown NB signal, red is 12v, white ground and black green 0-5v WB output.

SO hooked up to APU1 tuner pro and my readings are way off. So i checked raw signal to see if it is 1024 no the wideband is 8800 and goes to 10000 (with no conversion) so maybe the input to APU1 was wrong?

SO I checked the green/black and I get no voltage them maybe like less the .1v?
and wideband signal is now like 500 range.
so both signals appear to be off by factor of 1000. I get that but I still think something is off.

went ahead checked every thing required power o the thing over and over

so anyone use this sensor? or similair, it has abuilt int controller to output 0-5v.

my questions:

1: for the stock 02 sensor signal in tuner pro it is converted x +4.4 + 0
so what is the voltage output of a stock o2 sensor. 0-.9v right and it normally reads in mv in tuner pro so if that is correct then 8 bit signal input is 255?

but then say a 100 bit signal would read 440 but since i see decimal .440 it must be 0.1 would be .440

so confused on stock input to o2 and what i need possibly modify

2: The wb signal I made a 16 bit signal 0-1024 which is like x * .009 + 10 to geta 10-20 afr reading. My signals were way off. I think because I was getting no voltage into the APU1 board.

so do I need a 255 bit? and how do I pull the APU1 data streams into tuner pro? I justed added a value in teh standard $32 defintion value list. But i do not see how tuner pro knows to log from the apu for that wb stream? Am I missing something

Re: 14point7 o2 setup or broken?

Ok made progress. I pulled wires and rewired power n data and confirmed continuity. Before think had bad ground or nicked wire

So at the sensor I read 2.2 v dropping down to 1.8 and probably Lowe before I shut off
Maybe after minute of run time and warmed up it is pegging at 10 on low side or 0 volts

Cause the narrow band immediately pegs now to 908mv value. This is better the stuck at .45 and also the ECM is immediately going into closed loop where before it never closed

So I am thinking that 900mv and low volts aRe correct for rich condition

Now I need to figure how to add data stream to definition?

In Tuner pro what is value to change to do global fuel constant to Lower fuel input to trick
Thins for now as i work on tune? Do Lower the afr value or change maf values ?
