Engine: 5.7L V8 (L98)
Transmission: 4 speed auto
Axle/Gears: 3.07
Removing speed limiter
I have a 1988 trans am GTA (Canadian car) it has the L98(5.7L) it's auto my car is limited to 188km/h I want to change that , so what should I buy a tuner or a chip if so what one and is there a site that I can buy it off of ?

Welcome to TGO. I broke your post out of the other thread into a new one. From the page that lists the topics of this board look for the "New Thread" button. Note that it won't be there if viewing a thread.
Your car will have the '7165 ECM, if you want to do some minor tuning go to www.moates.net and get:
G1 adapter
27SF512 chips (2 or 3 at least)
Burn1
That will allow you to make changes to the tune. Note that if want to get further into tuning need to get an ALDL cable so that you can also data log.
