Fan operation with 89 bin in 87 iroc

Hello guys
I am pretty new to the whole burning a chip deal. I am stuck at the moment and looking for advice .
Long story short . I put an 91 engine in the 87 and no cold start injector . It also ran crappy from get go . I got most smoothed out though . Toady i got my programmer and chips . I put an 89 bin on the chip and threw it in for the fuel enrichment at cold temps . It runs fine , and drives fine from the test drive I have done . Only issue I have at the moment is the cooling fan turns on no matter what I have the box checked in tunepro for the cooling fan request . Now I tried the old chip , which turns out it is and aftermarket jet chip the car strts and no fan kicks on till at temp . I compared the bins from jet chip and the bin I have for the 89 and set the fans the same but makes no diffrence . The ecm still turns fan on as soon as car is started with new bin Is there something else I am missing , I have searched everywhere and the only thing I can find is change the box for the cooling fan at address 5 .

One other thing to add is it idles a bit higher now with the 89 bin . Should I correct this manually with the idle control setup or look at settings in the bin itself to try and correct .
Thanks

My bad sssiiigghhh . I was using the wrong file . To bad it ran so good on it but it was a 61 mask file instead of a 6E .
