ALDL Cable not working
Just tried to connect to the car for the first time in ohhh...5 years and TPRT will not recognize my ALDL cable. Com port on laptop is set to 0001, hub 0001. Device manager recognizes it and the driver is installed, but TunerPro reports cable not found or functioning. Is there a way to test it, or is it a loss and I need a new cable?
TPRT recognizes the Ostrich 2.0, but not the ALDL cable.

Re: ALDL Cable not working
Did you try all your com ports. I had the same thing happen recently with a 730. The previous com port I had tp set to didn’t work.

Re: ALDL Cable not working
Well thanks for that tip! It works on COM port 3! I guess I'm going to have a spare here shortly.
