Looking for someone thats a wizard in Tuner pro
and 4l60e tuning.
I have just done a engine swap on a Holden commodore 95 model.
From the l27 factory motor to a l67 motor
Backed by the 95 model 4l60e transmission.
I had to extend a few wires for the swap from one engine to another as expected.
Has all been going good the past couple of weeks.
Doing some street tuning on it auto shifts good up and down car drives pretty good.
But i keep getting a tps 19 stuck fault
and sometimes a tcc stuck on 69 fault (maybe due to tps issue)
I know the trans is in good working order as i drove the car with the l27 behind it for a long time without any troubles.
The l67 was pulled from another running car also for the swap.
I have tried 2 genuine gm tps sensors both made no difference.
I have checked the earth / ground on the tps and its a tad under 1ohm resistance when buzzed out to various spots in the engine bay.
In tuner pro the tps shows 0% when throttle is shut and opens up to 100% when i put my foot all the way down.
The fault seems to happen around 40 - 55kph when im driving slowly and transmission is in around 2nd to 3rd gear. At around 20% tps or so
The plastic sleeve is on the end of the shaft before putting the tps on also
Here is a 19 sec log from other night when it faulted on me. Took of for from lights changed into 2nd gear then faulted. Light come on the dash so i come of the throttle pulled over to the side of road to save the log.
Tps value does not look like it does anything crazy here in this log
Also was reading on a old forum of a guy that swapped a gm 3.8 v6 into a 4wd and he had to tweak these settings below as it was throwing the ecu of due to the larger 4wd/pickup truck size tyres.
My car is a standard size sedan tho running on 205 60 15 tyre
standard 3.08 diff ratio etc etc
