Transmission: 200C 3 Speed
Axle/Gears: 2.93 Open Diff
4.00DCV needed on TPS

Bought a new TPS, it is set to .54DCV at throttle closed, and 3.97DCV WOT, do i need to hit 4.00 or is that good enough?

5.7L TPI..

It may be close enough, your multi-meter could be reading a tad low. It might help to hook the car up to WinALDL, and verify the reading there. That's how I adjusted my TPS, by the percentage shown in WinALDL, not by the TPS voltage.
