Hi. Breaking my head here with this issue.

I'm trying to do some basic BLM Learns via VE Learn on the EBL system.

I've been able to do Open Loop Learns with my Wideband easily. if I try to do them via the NB it will only go into close loop at ldle and only do VE Learns while idling or while stopped on Drive. Once I start driving or cruising I get nothing. I see the rpm range change on the VE screen but nothing will ever go to green because it won't go into close loop. As soon as I start driving I drops out of close loop. I've tried so many different changes and settings and am having no luck.


What I've already checked:

Close Loop - CTS Threshold (I've set back to 47.75 Celsius).

What'sUp Preferences - General Setup - VE Learn - BLM (is selected/not WB) & Max/Min CTS is 180/200.

Open Cruise & Open Idle Flags are unchecked.

HiWy - Min MPH is set to 35 ( I tried raising it to 55 and to the far limit of 255 and that didn't work either).

NB Sensor 100% works as it's reading stays very close to my WB.

I've compared my BIN to one of the stock BINs I originally worked from to compare for any changes I may have accidentally made and I can't find any relevant ones.


Things to Note:

WB Sensor is connected to the EBL via ADC Channel #0.

WB Open loop VE Learns work 100% idle, cruise and WOT.

NB/BLM Learns only Learn on Idle and Stops. Not on cruise or while driving.


I've ran out of ideas. I used to be able to easily get NB/BLM VELearns. My goal is to get Close Loop VE Learns working again.

 

Need the BIN and a datalog to see why the ECM won't go into closed loop. The log will need to be zipped/compressed to post here.
