SES Light with EBL
I thought I had my tune nailed down. But every once in a while I get a SES light. It usually happens before the engine is warmed up. I finally got a datalog of the error. In the attached file, the ses light comes on at 3:40. PE mode turns on just before. TPS is only at 22 so PE shouldn't have come on. Also uploaded is my current bin.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Good 'ole code 42. Could be from a slew of different items. Basically the malfunction is caused by a miscount of outgoing EST pulses (from ECM) and incoming DRPs (from distributor).
The condition of the distributor is paramount, then the wiring between the coil and distributor, and the wiring between the ECM and distributor. Then of course the ECM itself.

Wiring looks fine. It did it again today. At 2:33 and 5:39 on attached csv. It's like the engine shuts down for a split second.
