808 code on 165 ECM with TunerPro

I am going to do the MAF to MAP conversion on my 86 Trans Am, but I need a reliable way to tune, knowing that I have to relearn and retune using the Australian 808 code for a Holden. I have my .xdf file and a base tune to take an example from, but I would like to know if there is a guide or maybe an expanded definition file floating around like there is for $6E that I have been using up to this point. The biggest reason I want to know this is because the .bin file I am using as an example/base tune doesn't seem to be a very good example, with numbers not being what I would expect them to be, specifically varying wildly and not smoothly in the main spark table. From people who have done this swap, or tuned for it in any way, what is the best way for me to use TunerPro rather than TunerCat? I haven't paid for TunerCat, but that seems to be what most people use to use this code.

Why not just convert to the 7730 and run AUJP?

With $12p and the add on nvram board you can flash the ecm through the aldl. No need to burn chips.

That is surprising. Around here on the Civil Engineering side people can't hardly find workers. I'm a project manager on government side, but private firms are always asking if I'm looking to leave. Which I came from the private side originally and know many of the local firms.

My biggest suggestion, just get your foot in the door and start gaining real world on the job experience. Don't expect top dollar starting out or even mid dollar. Just because you have a piece of paper, doesn't really mean a whole lot in the real world of on the job experience.

Edit: Oh, and don't be afraid to take a second job even if it is just some restaurant. For 4 years I worked two jobs. Would work at the engineering firm through the day and then go work a night shift at Fazoli's. That is the only way I was able to afford originally building my car 10 years ago in my early 20s. Heck I still "work" two jobs. I run a one man show side business now working on jet skis that has turned out to be bigger than I ever imagined. Without that side business I would not be where I am today in life.
