Buy the equipment and turn the VATS off. If you sell the car, you will have no problem selling the equipment to people on this board. Conversely, if you bought the eprom; contact them to burn you a new one.
Personally, if you are selling the car, I would not be modifying the engine with a Superram - you will need to do more tweaking of the eprom to make it run right.
