acronyms unexplained

I was looking for some documentation the other day that would give a brief description of the headings for the tables and constants listed in a (.ecu) file and (.tdf) file. Things like "PE %change AF ratio vs rpm". I read it as power enrichment percent change air to fuel ratio vs rpm. How can the power enrichent mode have a percent change..........it is either on or off. If you know of a document explaining these things, please post where I can find it.
Thanks,
J

It means "Once you are in PE, this is the % of extra fuel it will add to the AF Ratio".

If you add 10% more fuel with this table, will will be reducing the AF Ratio from 14.7 (assuming you had your eprom properly tuned to 14.7 at 128/128) to 13.2-13.3:1. 15% would make it around 12.4-12.6:1, and 20% would be around 11.7-11.9:1

But you really need a WB O2 Sensor to verify what you're TRUE AF Ratio is when in PE.
