None of these chips will program

I got a new batch of 2732A chips. They only remain blank. I recieved ten so I doubt their all bad.
Expected 00 when blank. Found FF
Expected "X#" when programed. Found FF
This is with the pocket programmer(Win_Prg.exe)
I have a single old 2732 chip that works, otherwise I am out of chips.
Please tell me this is something simple.

Look at what the programming voltage is that you're using, and see if one of the other 2732 setting has a higher programming voltage and try that.

I've tried different voltages. No luck.

burn

This is gonna sound stupid, and if you did this then that's fine, but never overlook the obvious. Are you sure you selected 2732a and not 2732 when you tried to burn the a's. I made this mistake one time (fried 2 chips, thought my burner was bad). I know this is obvious, but that would be the first thing I checked.

To select different voltages you select 2732A or 2732. I tried this.

If anyone has some used tbi chips and wants to sell them via paypal. I desperately need them.

Could it have anything to do with the program expecting 00 and seeing FF. Do I have to change what it interpets as blank and full?

I had that happen and it was due to the wrong selection,
had to pick the 2732

I just bought a few 2732 chips here http://www.unicornelectronics.com/
Ordered monday, had them by friday.
