Prog 101 for 165 ECM?

I've been reading a lot of old posts and there was discussion about a Programming 101 for 165 or other MAF systems. I'm trying to find as much info about the various tables, flags, etc. as I can.

If I buy a Tunercat system, do they provide much information on various tables, etc.?
