Code 51

I've been burning chips for a few weeks now and never recieved a code 51 till after my cam swap. What is it that's wrong with the eprom to set this flag?
Anybody else had this problem? I've installed different eproms and still code 51. Maybe there is something I set to 0 and the ecm doesn't agree with me. Any ideas?

First, please give full info on your engine, ECM and eprom you are trying to run.

My first reaction is your ECM may be toast, or the wiring.

I just got this problem out of the blue this weekend..

Pull your computer down out of the dash & wiggle the PROM & MEMCAL.. If the error goes away, there is your problem!

I think I have a bad contact on my soldered in carrier.

BTW.. I tried multiple PROMs too.
