How disable VATS in Winbin?

How disable VATS in Winbin?
I'm getting read to convert to a 730 from a 165. I need to disable the VATS on my chip first as I hear it will not even start wth it enabled. I am using winbin. Just not sure what "check" marks I'm suppose to take out and leave?
