I started my new gm crate engine for the first time yesterday and it started perfect. i let it run for 30 minutes then shut it down to cool off. i started it back up and tried adjusting timing but the timing wasnt even close to the marker on the timing cover when it was running smooth so i took the dist back out and started over finding TDC. well, the dist is back in now and the engine has no spark. whats the deal. i have a brand new MSD pro billet dist. could my coil have **** the bed and its just a coidencence. i put in a brand new ign module and nothing.

 

check your coil i bet i'ts burnt out as well same thing happend to me with my new moter to bout a new coil and it fired right up... vaper
