keep blowing fuses?????

keep blowing fuses?????
89 rs 305 tbi, the fuse for the door locks,lighter,horn,and courtiseylights keeps poping for no apperent reason also I've checked the Haynes manual for a wiring diagram all it has in it is the diagram for the door locks I'm not sure where to look for problem anybody else have this problem?

Disconnect the wire to the LIGHTER! They break at the rear and ground to their housings. OR test from the center (hot) to the
housing with an ohm meter . It should read infinity. If the insides
are loose, it might get an intermittent short and blow the fuse.
