Need Help Please, Ground troubles

There has to be a bad ground in my int. somewhere. I Know its messing with the gauges [mainly the tach], and possibly a few other things. I know its not my cluster because I have two that work perfect in other 90-92's. I looked for a ground connection under the drivers dash and found no kind of gound connection or loose ground wire.
Does anybody have a factory ground connection under the drivers dash. where does it go to?

any help is all that thanks.

Is the tach floating?

If so, check the engine ground strap. Mine did that after the (latest) engine swap, and that's exactly what it was.

There should be a ground strap on the pass side head--near the firewall--make sure it's nice and tight!
