TBI to TPI swap

TBI to TPI swap
I just bought a 88 rs L03 and I have a complete 305 TPI system just sitting here in the garage how hard is it to swap them? the TPI is from an 85 but I have the correct heads. Is the wiring the same from the fire wall forward? I'm still a Newbie so please be nice and if this swap is documented elsewere please direct me to it. Keith
