Have an 88 IROC that periodically misses when at cruising speeds. At 75mph, it will miss every ten minutes or so. The tach will jump when this occurs. New plugs and wires (again), dist. cap and rotor, etc. Any help would be appreciated!

 

does it do it at idle? if so then try having a computer hooked up to it and see what comes up.
