I need help figuring out where a wire goes?? Its a 91 Z28 camaro there are wires that lead off the positive battery cable and go into the wire loom back behind the motor and i dont know where it goes from there. Im thinking that it goes to a relay but if it does I dont know which one. The wire that im talking about is orange and is about a 12 gaude wire. My car would try to die when i it bumps so i stared shaking the wires the orange one came lose from a four pin connector and grounded out and now my car wont start.I checked all of the fuses and thay were all good and also the one that is mounted on the finder well right next to the battery is also good. Thanks for any help on this.Sorry if i didnt describe it good enough im trying to take a pic of it and post it but thats not working either.

 

You most likely melted one of the fusable links. Check the thick rubbery cylinders that are on the wires near the starter solenoid and the battery for melted or bubbled appearance and replace if needed.
