I was pulling into my driveway a couple hours ago and my radio just started playing nothing but static and it stopped displaying the time/station. I thought maybe it was just time to get a new radio but I found out later that my cigarette lighter, hatch release, and dome light are not working. I checked the fuses and they all looked good to me.

has to be a fuse.
There are no common relays for all of the above mentioned together. Also check distribution block and fusible links near battery. Were you playing radio loud? Maybe rolling power windows up at the same time? Did you accidentally kick the fuse block. Did some wires contact steering components? Something must have happened. I once had a 1986 chrysler fifth ave. that completely died and totally drained the battery every time I made a left turn. The tie rod end sleeve on the right side would push the starter heat shield into the starter terminals creating a dead short. That in addition to the fact that I only had 2 or 3 strands of positive battery cable (enogh to show continuity, not enough to support starter amp load) caused me to have to fully re charge the battery every time I made a left turn, even then it wasn't guaranteed to start. Took over a month to troubleshoot, during time off. I even replaced the steering column. All of this happened about two months after my driveshaft fell out due to shoddy chrysler rear ends. Point of the story, #1 don't buy chrysler, #2 re think everything that happened as you were pulling in to the driveway, then troubleshoot one thing at a time, assuming a fuse doesn't fix it.
first thing i'd check....
take out your radio and see if it has been cut and spliced... I'm certainly no expert but I have learned in my many stereo installs that wires grounding out or crossing over can cause all kinds of problems....
so check that first.... its about the easiest thing to check
hope you find it...

so does ur power accessories work? i blew my fuse in my car when i stuck a screw where the cigarrette lighter goes and none of my power options works, i think it was a 30 amp yellow fuse or something close to that.

There is a circuit breaker (the metal covered thing that goes into the fuse block like an ordinary fuse) that applies supplies the power acc., i.e., the power door locks, rear hatch release, dome/map lights, etc.. There are two of them in the fuse block (one for the WDO circuit) and both have the same rating (30A) so jerk one out at the parts store and get another one.

The owners manual says one of those is for "power windows, rear window wash/wipe" and the other is for "power seat & door locks, rear window defogger". My windows work and my defogger has been broke for years.
