A good place to get ign power under the driver's side kick panel to power the manual TCC lock up switch light bulb would be the pink / blk wire from the 10 amp gauges fuse, since it powers the brake pedal operated TCC switch. An easier place to access that wire might be right at the TCC power switch, by the brake pedal. It is the rearward most plug, of the two on the switch, with the purple & pink / black wires going to it. Use the pink / blk wire.
