I have 1991 Camaro rs my horn won't work and I need it for inspection. I had electrical work done and now the horn doesn't work. A different place I had to take my car to wrote on the receipt "horn doesn't work contacts under steering pad bad". Could someone explain to me how I could fix this? I really don't know how hard getting under the steering pad would be if that is even the problem. Plus I have the S.I.R airbag thing under there. Could I just run a button from the dash of my car to the horn ? Any help would be appreciated
