DC motor internals

Yes, this is another firebird headlight question, but I have done a lot of checking and trouble shooting. OK, here it is: I checked all of the wiring in the car with a multimeter, using a wiring diagram from a repair shop. The good news is it is all OK. The relays are also good, just bought new ones. There are no physical obstructions, but the driverside motor still doesn't work, so I took it apart. One of the brushes of the motor was very worn and broken off of the spring that holds it to the shaft. Also, of the two contacts (the ones that click between positions) doesn't click the way it should or even move away from one position. Is there anywhere I can get the internal parts besides a junkyard, and I dont have 180 bucks to buy a whole new motor. I am going to a couple junkyards tomorrow, so I would like to know if all headlight motors have these internal parts, even though there is more than design. Thanks,
John
