head lights and tail lights short out help

head lights and tail lights short out help
As I was leavin from work I put my lights on and the fuse blew. I put a new one in today and the lights went back down and when I turned them on the lights went up and the fuse blew. So the I tried the parking lights and the fuse blew again. Can anyone help me????
