YES I HAVE READ THE TECH ARTICLE, but I might have missed something so

Anyhoo. I want to have the ability to turn the fans on at will, EVEN WITH THE IGNITION OFF. I'm pretty sure it didn't say how to do that, but I could be wrong. I also want to be able to let the car control the fans when the switch is off: ie.

Switch on: Fan on, regardless of ignition key
Switch off: Fan comes on like nothing was ever messed with

What I was thinking was to run a parallel to the "coolant fan relay" between "FUSIBLE LINK E RUST" and the black/red wire of the coolant fan. Where is the coolant fan relay? Will this work?
