Should I try wiring this or no?????? Electrical help needed

Since I will be doing the Knight Rider conversion to my car (in a couple of months) I need to do a few things in order to make the front end look right. Now keep in mine that the front end conversion is the only thing that I will be doing.
I need to add 3 new pair of driving lights & the scanner bar. Now should I do this work myself or take it to a highly respected quality electrical shop? I also work for a car dealership so I get my car worked on at cost & get parts at cost as well (so labor won't be too horrible).
If I were to do the work myself how would I go about installing all 3 pairs of driving lights & the scanner bar. I would like the new driving lights & scanner bar to be all wired seperately so I can turn them on or off at any time I feel like it. What is the first way of going about this or should I buy some electrical car book or what?
Thanx for the help

See if there is any extra spots in your fuse box. I don't know a whole lot about this, but I think that would be a good place to start. Get some hard wires run to the front of your car from the fuse box and run them the other way to the inside of the car with a switch. Good luck.

Damn, I have about 3-4 empty slots in my fuse box so can work great.
