41= Cylinder select error.if the calibration chip has been recently replaced, this code has been set because the programming is incorrect for the car. if it has not been replaced recently, then check for signs of corrosion. if there is no corrosion, replace the calibration chip.
45=connect a digital voltmeter to the ecm terminal for the purple oxygen sensor input wire. run the warm engine 1200 rpm for two - three minutes and note the voltmeter. if the voltmeter is cycling throughout the entire oxygen sensor output range, the problem is intermittent and no repair is indicated at this time. if not, disconnect the oxygen sensor and ground the purple wire. if the voltmeter reads greater than .35 volts, inspect the purple wire for a short to voltage. if the purple wire is ok, check the following: fuel pressure, leaking injector, induction source to the purple wire, saturated evaporative canister or defective purge valve, maf and tps. if all of the above test ok, then replace the ecm.
Does that answer your question?
You might have a bad ecm.
