Disable VATS on TBI to TPI swap

I just completed a swap from tbi to tpi in my 1989 C1500. I know what wire comes out from the ecm for vats, but now, how do I disable it, I am getting a resistor to put in the line, but what else do you hook to?

You muse either disable the VATS feature in the PROM (tunercat.com has PROM modification software), or obtain a VATS module & install a new ignition tumbler in the column that will sense a key resistor (like I did on my '84 Berlinetta).
