Guys, the factory fog light harnesses that are on my 87IROC are putting out about .05V?
Isn't it sposed to be 12V? What should i look for to be the problem? I haven't checked the fuse yet, is there any type of fusable link on them?

There is a fusible link at either the fog light relay or the fog light switch. Check the fog light relay for operation - it will not turn on if the high beam bulbs are burned out or missing or turned on.
