Best way to wire a "brights" relay to 9004 halogen fogs?

Well I'm in the middle of the fog light upgrade in the tech section and since I wussed out and became a business major I don't know enough about electronics to know this. What are the right relay specs to use and how should I wire it exactly to run a switch to the 9004 (three wires) halogens so that I can switch on "fog brights?" Thanks for the help.
