This is really annoying problem. Whenever I shut my car down the left tail light and left side marker stay lit. Note that the right side does not do this. I removed the fuse that controls that and the rear hatch release < i say it controls it because when i removed it the problem goes away>. now the problem is i dont have a dome light <unless i have the headlights on and thats occasional> Please someone help.

I'm no electrical guru by far, but to me it sounds as if you have a wire grounding out. Use an electrical tester light and check your wires.
