What's wrong with my Tach??!!
Hi,
I have a 92 Formula with a 5.0 TBI. I just swapped in a 140 mph Gauge pod with the 5,500 to 8,000 RPM red. My original gauges were the 120 mph with the tach being 4,500 to 6,000 red. Every gauge works perfect, using my 1992 printed circuit, but the tachometer does not register accurately once the car goes above 1,200 RPM. It will more often than not drop to about 800 RPM, registered.
Originally I used the printed circuit from the 140 gauge pod, but it did not work with the Air Bag light, and at that time I did not think to check if the tach registered correctly then.
Please help tell me what I did wrong, or what is wrong, or what the heck I need to do.
THANKS!!!!

Short of my family, there was nothing I enjoyed seeing more than the sun shine down on the black #3 car.
