Hazards/Brake Lights work but Reverse/Blinkers dont. WTF?

Hazards/Brake Lights work but Reverse/Blinkers dont. WTF?
Well the title pretty much sums it up. I just swapped engines but I am pretty sure I didn't touch any of the wiring for the lights. The car has a 305 with a non-CC Q-Jet if that helps.
I remember reading that these weird probs stemmed from something but I couldn't find that post so I would appreciate a little help.
