Fan not kicking in?

Fan not kicking in?
My car has been garaged for the winter, and now that I am tuning it up, and replacing all the fluids, I noticed that the fan nolonger kicks in. It used to turn no when the engine was hot enought, and it would also run for a minit or two while the key is turned to accesorys. I am figuring it could be 1 of three things
1-fuse blown.(fix-replace fuse)
2-relay fried.(fix-replace/rig switch)
3-Fan dead.(fix-replace fan)
I am going to check them in that order too, if anyone can tell me anything els that could be the problem, then that would be great. Any help will be great. thanks alot for your time in reading my post.

Axle/Gears: 3.42
Check all of the above plus the fan switch, green wire right next to the oil dipstick in between plugs # 6 & 8. If you have a/c, turn it on and see if the fan kicks on, that'll rule out the relay and the fan motor.
