No turn signal??

Car: 89 Formula 350
Engine: 5.7 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
No turn signal??
I have an 89 Formula 350 and the turn signals stopped working. All the bulbs are good and I replaced the flasher but they still do not work. The hazards work so I think it is the switch. Does anyone know how to check the turn signal switch to see if it is bad? If it is bad how do I replace it? Any info appreciated.
