Gauge lights messed up
Gauge lights messed up
For some reason my gauge cluster lights are messed up. Basically after I had my heater core replaced, When the lights are on, my turn signals are lit. And the temp, voltage and fuel gauges dim. If I put my lights on bright, the turn signals intensify in brightness and the temp voltage and fuel gauges are almost out. This happened before, but when I had my dash speakers upgraded, the problem went away, that is until the heater core was replaced. You can slap the dash and sometimes the gauges will return to normal, but after a few minutes, or a small bump, they will go nuts again. Im guessings its a bad ground or something, anyone have any ideas or experienced a similar problem before?
Thanks
Chris

If your turn signals are lit, it either means your turn signals are on or there is a break in the turn signal circuit (bulb out, cut wire, etc).. check the wires of your turn signal circuit for continuity with a multimeter. If you changed your heater core, look around there for cut/stripped/etc wires, that might be your problem.
