TPI Sensors

Guys, I need some help. I'm rebuilding an 87 350 TPI engine from a Firebird Formula. Only problem is, I can't figure out where all these sensors go. I have everything figured out except the coolant fan switch, coolant temp sender, and the coolant temp sensor. I figure the sender and the sensor go in the heads, but what about the fan switch? I see there's 3 open threaded spots in the front of the intake manifold. I know one of them is for the cold start sensor and such. Can anyone out there take a look at their car and tell me where they go? Also, to those who have the battery on the drivers side of the car, how does your cable route to your starter, along the crossmember? Any help is greatly appreciated!

The fan switch is on the passenger head, between the #6 and #8 cylinders. The coolant temp sensor is one of those holes in the front of the intake manifold. The other hole is for the cold-start injector temp sensor.
