I just bought a 93 LT1 & the wiring harness, I have a 89 RS crap 305, they both have VATS right? Now I don't want to reprogram the prom or play with the ECM.I know the pelet resistence of the 93 z28c had a value of 519 ohms, my 89 RS has a value 490. Everybody on this message board ares saying different things, I'd like to know if it's possible or not to make that engine work in my car without reprogramming or changing the PROM.
Please help me on this one !!!
