ok so its not an electronics problem... but i wont have any headlights till i get this fixed. so iwas trying to put in some of those diy white face gagues. well to install them i had to remove the **** that u pull/push to turn on/off the lights. you know so i could pull the gauges. well i took it off easy but now the damn thing wont hook back up. it doesnt stay in. wont operate the lights slides in and back out. any help guys? thanks oh this is for a 90 camaro

 

Well at least I know I'm not alone! I have the exact same problem, check 2 threads down! Hopefully someone will answer one of us. Now it's dark and I'm stuck home all night. If all else fails I'll be headed to the Chevy dealer in the AM to try and get a new switch.
