I was wondering if I could get a CD/Radio AC/Delco Combo out of a 4th Gen. Camaro and just plug and screw it into my 3rd Gen. 1992 Camaro, will the plug and ant. be the same with out having to do any cutting or drilling for new holes and wires?????

 

wow.. a 2001 post and no responses , hmmmmmmmm I found this searching and if this member is still around if you haven't figured it out yet in the 7 + yrs since this was posted.. yes it fits almost perfect.... wires plug right in BUT when you put the bezel over it the bottom hits. What I figured out is the bottom of the radio hits the backing plate where the radio sits... so either the radio needs to be trimed or that piece does. Oh and I had to clue the tabs on the side of the radio to get it in there.

 

I crammed a 94-02 Grand Prix head unit in with a little bit of work...
